For over 40 years, our salon has been a cherished part of the Acton community. Founded by Nancy Rossi and her daughter, Marlene Maffei, their legacy continues with Nancy's youngest daughter, Sharon Maffei, now as the proud owner.
Joining Sharon is her niece, Jocelyn, who returned after an exciting career in California working with a variety of Hollywood's top celebrities. She has partnered with Sharon to manage the salon continuing the family tradition that began with Sharon giving Jocelyn her very first haircut.

During your visit, we’ll begin with a personalized consultation. This gives us a chance to understand your specific needs and desires, both in the short term and long term. We’ll also provide expert advice on what to expect based on your hair’s current condition.

To make sure we’re always on the same page, we enter all your information into our unique system. This allows us to track every service, product, and detail from each visit. The system helps us monitor your hair’s progress and ensures that any stylist at our salon can assist you seamlessly, even if it’s not the same person you saw last time.

After your service, we’ll recommend any products that will help you maintain and recreate your look at home. We know it can be frustrating when the “salon look” doesn’t last, and we want to make sure you have the right products to keep your hair looking great between visits.

When it’s time to leave, our front desk staff will offer to help you quickly schedule your next appointment, ensuring you find a time that works best for your schedule. You’ll also receive an appointment reminder via email (or phone call, if you prefer) the day before your next visit.
